ALL Steel Garages and Sheds and Tank Water Solutions have a new purpose-built headquarters at the Casino Industrial Estate. The two businesses are now located in the Connolly Key Joint complex at 10 Irving Drive. The site features a purpose-built factory, a tank compound and steel sales area as well as a modern administrative centre.

The new headquarters bring together in one convenient location all aspects of the two businesses which build domestic and commercial garages and sheds and budget-priced steel-framed homes and sell and install water tanks and pumps. Since moving to the new headquarters, the business has been able to add steel sales to its list of services.

Originally established in a small shed behind Brown and Hurley at Kyogle about 25 years ago by Bruce Booth, All Steel Garages and Sheds has until recently been operating from two locations. The business, now owned and operated by Bruce’s son Simon, had a factory in Kyogle and an office in Casino.

According to office and accounts manager Matthew Fowler, operating from one central location has provided greater efficiencies and is more convenient for customers. “Having the factory and the office together simply works better,” he said. “And with most of our business centred around the Casino, Evans Head, Ballina and Lismore areas, it gives our customers the opportunity to come to one central location to see what we can offer.
“Our motto has always been ‘we do the lot’. “By having everything together on the one site, our customers can see that we do ‘do the lot’. “We don’t just sell sheds and garages, we do everything from applying for council approval and completing the earth works to erecting the shed or the home.
“It’s the same if you are buying a tank. “We don’t just sell and deliver the tank, we will prepare the site for the tank and fit it to a shed or building.”
